Affiliate program terms.

Joining the program

This program is operated by the operator of Genesize, an unincorporated business. These terms supplement our terms and conditions. You must be at least 18, have an account with a verified email, and accept these terms when joining through your partner dashboard. Joining is free and does not require a Genesize product subscription. Your referral link activates immediately without an application or manual approval, subject to program eligibility and the suspension rules below. Participation does not guarantee sales or earnings. You are an independent referral partner, not an employee, agent or authorized representative of Genesize.

Eligible referrals

An eligible referral is a new customer who follows your active link, chooses referral tracking and creates a new account within 90 days. The last eligible referral they consent to before signup receives attribution. A linked account cannot be reassigned by opening another partner’s link. Existing customers, your own account, accounts you control, duplicate accounts, fraudulent purchases and artificial referrals are not eligible.

Once validly attributed, the account remains linked for eligible subscription renewals. Cookie blocking, deleted cookies, switching devices before signup or choosing not to be tracked can prevent attribution. We do not fingerprint visitors or promise attribution where a valid referral cannot be established. Tracking does not increase the customer’s subscription price.

30% recurring commissions

You earn 30% of eligible subscription revenue actually collected through Stripe, after discounts and excluding taxes, refunds, reversed payments and disputes. Ordinary Stripe processing fees are not deducted from the commission base. Amounts are calculated in USD and rounded to the nearest cent. Where cash and credits share an invoice, eligible cash and tax are allocated proportionately. Free, unpaid, externally recorded or account-credit-only amounts do not earn commission. Non-subscription purchases are excluded.

Monthly subscriptions earn commission on each eligible monthly payment. Annual subscriptions earn one commission on each collected annual payment, using the discounted annual price. Upgrades and downgrades earn commission only on eligible amounts actually paid; they do not create an additional referral bonus. “Recurring” and “lifetime” mean eligible payments for as long as the referred subscription continues and the program terms remain satisfied, not a guaranteed income or a fixed payout term.

Review and payouts

Commissions have a 45-day holding period after payment. Later payments on an invoice can extend that invoice’s hold. Pending refunds, disputes, credit notes, suspected abuse and incomplete records may delay or reduce availability. A failed refund or a won dispute can restore an eligible balance after reconciliation.

We review available balances monthly. The normal minimum payout is $50 USD; smaller balances carry forward. Payouts are made manually using a mutually supported payment method after identity and payout details are verified. Your dashboard’s “prepared” status means an amount has been reserved, not that money has been sent. “Paid” records a completed external transfer. Contact support if you disagree with a statement or a recorded transfer.

Refunds and reversals can reduce commissions even after payout preparation or payment. We may offset overpayments against future earnings, and you agree to return amounts paid for fraudulent or otherwise ineligible referrals on a documented request. We do not reverse more than the commission on the affected payment. You are responsible for applicable taxes on your affiliate income and for supplying information reasonably needed for lawful reporting or payment. Any transfer or currency-conversion fees must be agreed before payout.

Honest promotion

Clearly disclose the commission relationship near each recommendation or referral link. For example: “I earn a commission if you subscribe through my Genesize link, at no extra cost to you.” Use truthful claims based on actual experience. Do not promise guaranteed income, impersonate Genesize, use unsolicited bulk messaging, manipulate cookies, hide referrals, make unauthorized discounts, bid on Genesize brand searches or register confusingly similar names or domains. Obtain permission before using brand materials beyond the supplied link and approved assets.

You must comply with applicable advertising, privacy and anti-spam rules. Paid relationships must be clearly disclosed. Affiliates receive referral identifiers and earnings summaries, not customer emails or private workspace content.

Changes and ending participation

You may leave by contacting support. We may suspend links or payments while investigating suspected misuse and may end participation for violations, ineligibility or program closure. Suspension alone does not erase valid earned amounts; disputed or fraudulent amounts may be withheld or reversed with an explanation. For ordinary closure, valid remaining earnings will be reviewed for a final payment, including balances below the normal threshold, through support.

We will give reasonable advance notice of material prospective program changes through the dashboard or your account email. Changes do not retroactively reduce valid commissions already earned, except for the adjustments described above. Any special terms must be agreed in writing. No partner can bind Genesize to promises made independently.
